Q: Can you be my doula if I’m having a hospital birth? 

NBN Doula services are currently not available for in-person, hospital support.

While NBN is unable to provide in-person support at the hospital, consultations are available to assist in preparing for both hospital and home birth.

Q: Are payment plans available for services?

Yes, payment plans are available [for services above $xx?]. Payments are due in full at 36 weeks to assure attendance for birth.

All rental services must be paid in full to be able to reserve and accommodate your due date.

Q: How can I schedule a consultation?

A: On the website. Visit the Schedule Consult page and follow prompts to complete payment. Consults are non refundable. If you miss your consultation you are allotted one reschedule!

Shipping Policies

Processing time

The time necessary to prepare an order for shipping varies, but a standard processing time of 7 days or less can be expected. Generally, orders will be shipped out on Monday-Wednesday to assure delivery during the week.

Custom orders may vary and will be discussed upon confirming order.
